1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pokemon Deal Finder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pokemon Deal Finder is a price comparison and deal discovery platform for Pokemon trading cards. The Service aggregates publicly available listing and pricing data from third-party marketplaces to help users identify potential deals. We do not sell cards or facilitate transactions directly.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Share account credentials with third parties
Use the Service to manipulate or deceive other marketplace participants

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Pokemon Deal Finder. Pokemon, card names, and related imagery are trademarks of Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, and their affiliates. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these entities. Card images and data are used for informational purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data, deal scores, or market valuations. Card prices fluctuate and listings may no longer be available. Always verify pricing and conditions on the original marketplace before making a purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokemon Deal Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-service notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.
